About Open Group Surf Lessons

Ocean Experience Surf School's 3-hour lesson is designed for all ages with a step-by-step surf skill progression and is taught by professional instructors who will have you riding waves in no time. Our open group lessons run daily at 9am and 1pm by appointment only. In the open group lesson you will join other individuals in a group size that does not exceed 5 people. Ocean Experience Surf School is permitted by the City of San Diego and conducts all surf lessons in Ocean Beach and South Mission Beach.
