FREE YOGA DECEMBER at Vault Yoga & Fitness Studio
You can't go wrong with free yoga, specially during this stressful Holiday Season! That's why Vault Yoga and Fitness Studio is offering FREE YOGA CLASSES throughout the entire month of December! As Ocean Beach's premier, co-op yoga/fitness studio, Vault Yoga and Fitness wants to give back to community, allowing everyone to try their classes for free. Classes range from Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga to Power Yoga with weights and yoga for Achy Athletes. The studio is a collaborative group of teachers, joining together to bring affordable classes to the Ocean Beach community. Vaulth Yoga and Fitness Studio is located in the back studio and vault in Ocean Beach Surf and Skate and will be launching their grand opening in Janury 2011.
