Join Ocean Experience Surf School this Saturday, October 17, 2009 at South Mission Point from 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon for a day of FREE Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) and kayaking! This demo day will provide anyone and everyone who wants to give these water sports a shot! Growing more popular by the day, SUPs are a great tool for surfing or cruising the bay and harbors of San Diego while testing your body's core strength and balance and getting a killer work out all in one.
