Over two dozen Ocean Beach businesses were vandalized this week, causing approximately $100,000 in damages. The taggers were caught by a security camera and the video has been released in hope to catch the three vandals.

By capturing the emerging era of the sport and culture and founding the launch of second generation surf films, Five Summer Stories a surfing time capsule.
Witness history and join us for this unforgettable adventure on the silver screen and under stars on The Pearl’s outdoor patio, Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Admission to this event is FREE and open to the public. The screening of Five Summer Stories will begin at 8:00 p.m. with the raffle followed immediately after.

Ocean Beach Surf and Skate Presents Vault Yoga!
After a month of offering free classes all December long, Ocean Beach Surf and Skate is proud to announce the opening of OB's new non-profit yoga and fitness center: The Vault!
The Vault Yoga and Fitness Center is a group of yoga and fitness teachers who have joined together to bring affordable classes and workshops to the Ocean Beach community. The studio is located inside Ocean Beach Surf & Skate and offers a variety of classes: from the traditional Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga to kid’s yoga, yoga for surfers and Indo Yoga- The Vault has something for the whole family!
“Our mission is to bring together a diverse group of teachers that strive to offer affordable healthy practices for self-improvement and overall well-being”Ocean Experience Surf School and The Vault will also be joining forces to offer a variety of collective programs that will incorporate surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, indo boarding, yoga and much more! Details on these programs will be announced soon.
To raise money to fund Ocean Beach’s new non-profit yoga and fitness center, The Vault is hosting Texas Hold'em Charity Poker Tournament on Sunday, January 30, 2010 at Kristys MVP Sports Bar in Point Loma. Join The Vault to help make classes affordable and improve the health and well being of OB.
